Rebased, and incorporated latest review comments in that
[http://git.sagemath.org/sage.git/commit/?id=ea5dfe2f6b0ac9468962540e9afb7be33f869233
last commit]. Is this ready for merge now?
Perhaps in the long run we should have something like a `prepare` method
for animation objects, which creates the video file without showing it,
and on which one can call `show` or `save` later on, with minimal cost.
But I'll leave that idea for later.
