Lingering things from my perspective:
* finish `__classcall_private__` vs factories debate
* clean up `_coerce_map_from_` hack if possible
* get rid of TODO's in ``_richcmp_`` (probably just use #19108)
* optimize iteration
though there are probably other things that need tweaking. I've got other
things to do for a few days, but will try to do iteration optimization
within the next week.
