 non-primepower groups. The error message mentions multiple values for a
 keyword argument. Strange, I haven't seen that before.
 I guess it's because of the Cython upgrade. Earlier versions of Cython did
 not give an error for code like
 {{{
 f(foo="hello", foo="world")
 }}}
 but now that's an error just like in Python.
