I fixed the startup crash. I suggest you take a look at {{{fmpq.diff}}} to
see what I changed. If you want to debug these kind of issues start Sage
using {{{sage -gdb}}} or {{{sage -valgrind}}} (you will need to install
the optional Valgrind SPKG for this to work). Note that there is still
some conversion code missing in {{{polynomial_rational_flint.pyx}}}.
