Comment:

 After further testing (on many thousands of curves but only p-saturating
 for small p) I saw that it was bad to use discrete_log_lambda() for the
 dlog in the multiplcative group (in the rarer case where the p-rank of the
 reduction is 2 and the Weil pairing is used), both unnecessary and less
 efficient than simply w.log(zeta).
 One additional commit coming up...
