Hm. Now I am puzzled myself. I thought for a few minutes that I found it
in meataxe.h of version 2.2.4, and when I ported my wrapper to version
2.4.24 I didn't check if it is still there. But now I checked: FILE is
*not* defined in meataxe.h, neither in the old nor the new version.
> I hope that meataxe does not redefine `FILE` (otherwise it's more broken
than I thought).
It doesn't. It does `#include <stdio.h>` both in the old and the new
version.
