Changes over the years to the coercion system have made it so that if an
element has a `.parent()` method, then the object returned should be a
subclass of `Parent`. Since `CoxGroupElement` is meant to be a backend
interface, I made the less invasive change of renaming `_parent` and
`parent()` to `_parent_group` and `parent_group()`. This fixes the issue.
I also renamed the `.pxi` file to `.pxd` because this is more standard
now, and there were 3 other trivial doctest failures.
