Following up on your sage-devel post, you should add a file
`build/pkgs/meataxe/dependencies` containing
{{{
# no dependencies
}}}
In that case, you need to create `$SAGE_LOCAL/include` to avoid
{{{
cp: cannot create regular file '/usr/local/src/sage-
config/local/include/': Not a directory
Error copying MeatAxe header.
}}}
