At least the meataxe documentation occasionally mentions that a certain
value is returned on error.
And to be on the safe side, one could perhaps do `cdef Matrix_t
*MatInverse(Matrix_t M) except? NULL`. Then, Cython would check if there
is an exception set, and otherwise it would just continue.
