#19398: Be more verbose when running valgrind

The `sage-valgrind` script just starts `valgrind` with output redirected
to a logfile the location of which is not immediately accessible. Minimum
for this ticket would be to output the PID which determines the log file
name, better give the full path for copy/paste.
