Thank you for this new setting of the manifold categories, very timely
regarding #18528 !
A first quick remark: `Almost` should be under `Smooth` since analyticity
is not requirred for an almost complex manifold; see e.g.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Almost_complex_manifold.
