I'm against different instructions for build-from-source and build-from-
source-with-ticket, thats unnecessary. And the buildbot can realistically
only test one version anyways, so its save to assume that the other
version is going to be broken. Also, not all buildbots have autotools
(e.g. OSX doesn't).
