Comment:

 I read through a few pages of the tutorial carefully and browsed the rest.
 Also sent it to a native speaker mathematician friend who said it looked
 good.  This is not a careful line-by-line proofreading, of course, but
 it's not so easy to find someone with the time, interest, and expertise to
 do that.  I believe it's ready for prime time, and I'm very glad someone
 had done this translation.  --Tom Roby
