The patch `trac_6177-manifest.patch` adds the following files to
MANIFEST.in:
* `sage/libs/polybori/__init__.py`
* `sage/libs/polybori/decl.pxd`
This way, the files would be picked up when making a source release. By
now, patches should be '''merged in this order''':
1. `trac_6177-polybori-0.6.3.3.patch`
1. `trac_6177_reviewer.patch`
1. `trac_6177-manifest.patch`
