 Hello Dima,

 Though I can't really say why, the doctests do not pass because of some
 syntax error.

 Also, I don't get why you put in graphs/generators/classical_geometries a
 function that returns matrices, and in strongly_regular_db.pyx the
 function that returns the graph.

 Is there a reason to not merge mathon_pseudocylcic_merging_graph and
 mathon_graph_on_784_vertices?

 I noted a 'preseerved' somewhere, and nothing else seems odd `:-)`
