Here is a basic implementation for the cell modules. I haven't fully
tested it yet, but it should work. I will do more testing tomorrow and get
it to full doctest coverage.
Question, what should I rename the method `cells` to? It doesn't quite fit
now that `cell` -> `cell_module_indices`.
