Certainly `interrupt.so` doesn't use/need GMP (but `PARI_SIGINT_*` from
PARI), but can we (easily) remove GMP from it?
AFAICS, the declarations are only needed/used in
`sage/ext/interrupt/implementation.c`, i.e., genuine C code, not Cython.
