Hi Peter,
Mega-pedantic comment: in the docstring for "def atkin_lehner_eigenvalue",
the "NOTE" is untrue (as the accompanying example shows). It would be nice
if we could get this merged, but our contributions are now so much
intertwined that we can't really review each other's code -- we need a
third-party reviewer.
