Comment (by jdemeyer):
You should write `| $(SAGERUNTIME)` in the dependencies. That means that
`giac` will be built after the Sage runtime, but not ''rebuilt'' every
time that the Sage runtime gets rebuilt.
And don't forget your name as author.
