#19767: rpath trouble building ATLAS-3.11.38 --------------------------------------+------------------------ Reporter: jdemeyer | Owner: Type: defect | Status: new Priority: major | Milestone: sage-7.0 Component: packages: standard | Resolution: Keywords: | Merged in: Authors: | Reviewers: Report Upstream: N/A | Work issues: Branch: | Commit: Dependencies: | Stopgaps: --------------------------------------+------------------------
Comment (by vbraun): If gcc were installed in a separate directory then that would be fine, but since we install its libraries next to a huge pile of unrelated libraries we'll just run into the conflicts again. A cleaner solution is probably to use an atlas-specific compiler wrapper since atlas is at least pretty good about specifying the compiler used. -- Ticket URL: <http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/19767#comment:3> Sage <http://www.sagemath.org> Sage: Creating a Viable Open Source Alternative to Magma, Maple, Mathematica, and MATLAB -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sage-trac" group.
