experimental:
* `4ti2`: various doctest failures.
* `bliss`: 32-bit doctest failures.
* `coxeter3`: 32-bit doctest failures.
* `cryptominisat`: crashes Sage.
* `gambit`: completely broken.
* `giacy`: segmentation faults.
* `lie`: a very funky install process (copies over the complete build
directory), strange dependency (requires `bison`)
