This is certainly right:

sage: hash(SR(19/23)) == hash(19/23)
True
sage: hash(SR(2^32)) == hash(ZZ(2^32))
True
}}}
and it's exactly the reason why you want `hash(SR(2^32)) == 0` on 32-bit.
