I did some general clean up to the file `prereq-0.4-install`. The changes
include:
* spell check
* format code in a consistent manner
An updated `prereq-0.4-install` is up at
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mvngu/release/spkg/base/prereq-0.4-install
Use that updated `prereq-0.4-install` file together with David's tarball
`prereq-0.4.tar`.
