 Hello,

 Thank you for your comments!

 I fixed everything you noticed.
 I also fixed a few more bugs I noticed, several syntax errors and
 inconsistencies (`DecodingFailure` against `DecodingError` as discussed in
 #18376) with the existing coding theory library naming conventions.
