So far I have rebased the files {{{new_stream.py}}}, {{{series.py}}} and
{{{generating_series.py}}}. I guess it's best to push to a new branch,
right?
One thing I'd like to note here is that many tests in
{{{generating_series.py}}} depend on species, which I haven't rebased yet,
and thus fail :-(
