I pushed the modifications done with Florent about mac os problem.
It seems there still exists the problem of synchronization with the `Pipe`
(of the worker) but... it is never appear... so may be I am wrong.
Is it possible that two distinct process write in the same time on the
`_write_task` of a worker?
