 Add `__floordiv__` to the coercion model for `RingElement`.

 Change `__floordiv__` to `_floordiv_` where applicable.

 This fixes also various segmentation faults like
 {{{
 sage: R.<x> = QQbar[]
 sage: int(1) // x
 ...
 }}}
