IM(NS)HO, the Jupyter notebook deserves a chapter in the "Reference
Manual"
We have currently a "User interface" part, that contains a "Command Line
Interface (REPL)" chapter and a "Web Notebook" chapter. The latter should
be renamed "The Sage Web notebook (maintainance only)" and a new chapter
such as "Sage in the Jupyter notebook" (or maybe "The Sage (extended)
Jupyter Notebook") should be added.
We should also document (where ?) how the Sage kernel can be added to an
existing Jupyter installation.
We may also do the courtesy to point to SMC as an alternative way to use
Sage.
