Will have conflicts with #20140 if I add bits to the dependencies of
`linbox`. As mentioned earlier it has automagic dependencies on `iml`,
`ntl` and now `fplll` (to check) so you potentially get slightly different
`linbox` depending on the build order. I am uncomfortable with that.
