Comment:

 Something like
 {{{:python:`RuntimeError<library/exceptions.html#exceptions.RuntimeError>`}}}
 should work for Python-links.

 Changing {{{ellipsis marker (...)}}}  to {{{ellipsis marker ``...``}}}
 would (IMHO) make it clearer what the actual marker is, since it is
 typeset as code (tt-font). What do you think?
