This is why it's a good idea to script such tarball changes, then mistakes
like this cannot happen. Usually this is done by a `spkg-src` script. For
a good example, see `build/pkgs/ecl/spkg-src` after applying #13044.
I'm not saying that such a `spkg-src` is ''required'' for an optional
package but it's at least ''recommended''.
