I think the following points from comment:16 are still valid:
> - In `sage/modular/all.py`, the `import *` commands may not be what you
want; this will all end up in the global namespace.
> - It would be nice to add the new modules to the relevant
`src/doc/en/reference/*/index.rst` files, probably with `*` = `modfrm`,
`modmisc` and/or `modsym`.
