Travis, I implemented a first version of the algoritm, getting all needed
cosets in E7 takes 2/3 of our iteration time, but constructing the
elements in the end takes about 30secs. If you find the time, I am sure
you see how to speed the algorithm. The function is
{{{parabolic_iteration}}}.
