listed, I would never be able to guess its content. Can the filename be
more verbose maybe `package_feature.py`?
Would not make sense. It is not only about packages but also system
softwares and libraries on the system. However, it could contains the
words `dependencies` or `requirement`. I am not sure what would be the
clearest.
