The html-docs do build once I deal with `alabaster`.

It seems to me that that either `alabaster` must be included as a package
or it must be neutered (see comment:42). Also there is a typo in
`/build/pkgs/sphinx/patches/Makefile.patch`, `epdflatex` should be
`pdflatex` which halts building of the latex-docs.
