You mean, adding it to build/pkg/fflas-ffpack/patches and having the spkg-
install of apply the patch ? Just asking confirmation before touching it
as this change will be very temporary.

I don't know how to use the buildbot for ticket related to spkg installs
(i.e. how to tell buildbot where to download the tarball).
