In the extcode spkg, pari/dokchitser/testall uses bashisms but has a
/bin/sh #! line:
#!/bin/sh
echo "\\r ex-bsw" | sage -gp
echo "\\r ex-chgen" | sage -gp
We should change the #! line to
#!/bin/bash
