I've made my own changes. (Only one change to the code proper: The
`is_max_weight_coindependent_generic` function was doing the same as
`is_max_weight_independent_generic` but for the dual matroid of `self`
instead of `self`. Now it does what it claims to do.) If the result looks
good to you, please set this to positive_review. Thanks again for
implementing this!
Also, if your "we" includes some other authors, I guess they should go
into the author field as well.
