In `givgfq.h`, there is

template<typename Vector>
GFqDom(const UTT P, const UTT e, const Vector& modPoly);
}}}
right above the line added by Macaulay2.
Note the subtle difference: it does not take a `generatorPoly` argument in
case that matters.
