Comment:

 I'm marking this as "needs review" now. One possible future development:
 mapping spaces for simplicial sets: given simplicial sets K and L, you can
 view Hom(K,L) as a simplicial set. This would be another example of an
 infinite simplicial set, so any computations would be done using an
 appropriate n-skeleton.
