 I don't think it's deeply necessary--`pip` can install fine from a git
 repository for example (including specific tags).  But it's not a big deal
 either way.

 And like I also wrote earlier it shouldn't matter where `pathbot` is
 installed either as long as it's installed correctly and running
 `patchbot` from the command-line works.
