#7448: Improve sphinx rendering of categories in reference manual.

Since #7443, categories now appear in the reference manual. But Sphinx
rendering in very poor. In particular, I can't manage to get nested class
appearing in the doc though I've read that they are supported by Sphinx.
Once someone (Mike ?) explain me the solution, I'll be glad to implement
it.
