Positive review! Apparently a couple things changed in terms of the
Maxima (for the better) on this spkg, so I rearranged the doctests to
indicate this, and I added a few doctests at the top of the file, copied
from below, so it is easy to see on the reference guide. Otherwise, nice!
To release manager: apply only 'final' patch.
