BTW, if ''testcc.sh'' is checked in outside of the .spkg file, then
''testcxx'' (or if you want to call it testcxx.sh), which is attached to
this ticket, should be placed in the same place.
Both have wider use outside of M4RI. But the testcxx is not needed in
M4RI.
