 Concurrent access possibilities, not necessarily mutex:

  * Use a process pool, with some limit, to evaluate queued cells.
  * Go stateless - always `reset()` after evaluating a cell.
  * Allocate a new cell, with a unique ID, for each evaluation.  Pass this
 ID back to the browser, so it can poll for updates.  Delete the
 temporaries, incrementally, and/or all at once when the "idle" check
 fails.
