Comment:

 This seems to work fine, and agrees with integer calculations.  Obviously
 passes tests.

 But:
 {{{
 sage: binomial(0,0)
 1
 sage: binomial(0.,0)
 NaN
 }}}

 I don't know which is the usual convention, but they should probably
 agree.
