Can you post a backtrace? I can't reproduce the problem and I have no clue
what might be going wrong.
To get a backtrace, you need to run Sage under gdb as the error message
says. When it crashes, type `bt`, then copy and paste the output here.
Starting from a clean install, and making sure there is nothing else to
effect this test could also help.
