With 4.3.alpha1 + #7625 + #7483 + #7482 + this ticket, several doctests
failed:

sage -t devel/sage/sage/misc/reset.pyx # 2 doctests failed
sage -t devel/sage/sage/misc/session.pyx # 1 doctests failed

Should we stop doctesting most (all?) of `sage/server`?
