A pre-existing bug:
* "Evaluate All" cells in a worksheet.
* Evaluate the last cell.
* A new cell is not automatically inserted in the notebook.
* Reload to see the new cell.
? It seems the client and server cell lists are out of sync. This might
explain the "spontaneously appended cell" phenomenon.
