* "Home" page contains "Toggle" link.
* Printed/published worksheets: Click bar is visible (on hover).
Clicking adds a cell, which appears to be editable.
* Upon opening a worksheet: all existing input cells appear to have the
same size.
* Docbrowser worksheets:
* Extra clickbar at top.
* Shift-click is not disabled.
